Description: The Operations Associate & HR Generalist will oversee and manage operational and administrative functions of Lithium Nevada Corp. (LNC), a subsidiary of LAC. The team would also look to you for support and leadership in making the work place a fun and efficient environment, while supporting HR (Human Resources) administration. The role will support and interact with the company wide team working towards advancing the Lithium Nevada Project, a clay-based lithium resource located in Nevada.
-College degree, with work experience in customer-facing functions.

Additional Job Details:
-Overseeing the administrative operations of the LNC Reno, Nevada office.
-Providing primary administrative support and continuous follow-through of numerous day-to-day activities necessary to advance the Lithium Nevada Project.
-Perform general office, clerical, and reception assistance including generating presentations, report word processing, filing, mail, reproduction, some accounting, record keeping, contract support, errands, etc.
-Continually seek for, and execute on, ways to make the company’s work place a fun and efficient environment.
-Plan, organize, and attend events including meetings, conferences, luncheons/dinners, field visits, etc. with staff, contractors, governmental and political representatives.
-Assist with the oversight of the LNC Ranch and Mine Site, located in Orovada, Nevada; performing tasks to help with the up-keep of facilities and land.
-Perform additional miscellaneous project-related tasks, as needed. In general, assisting with any job or task, large or small, admin/engineering/environmental related, that is needed to further advance the Lithium Nevada Project.
-Performing tasks that take you outdoors and into the country-side, which means getting dusty on occasion.
-Project-managing IT issues as they arise, coordinating with IT specialists when required.
-Supporting HR administrative functions such as posting and maintaining job vacancies in online and press publications, candidate searches, and setting up interviews.
